Brave Art Summer Exhibition
Brave Art is a programme for learning disabled and neurodivergent people to access high quality creative opportunities. Through a series of artist-led sessions they provide inspiration and support for people to express themselves through visual arts. Each day-long session starts with a group activity, skill sharing or discussion, before people are invited to develop and work on a personal project. Participants are encouraged and supported to explore their interests and develop their own creative voice through a range of materials, techniques and creative prompts. Brave Art Unlimited provides people with the space and support to develop and share their creative practice in regular groups that take place in Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich and Lowestoft. Facilitated by Suffolk Artlink’s team and professional artists, people explore their interests, develop their ideas and experiment with materials and techniques. This exhibition features work by 22 Brave Artists.
