BRIGHT FUTURE PROJECT
April 2025

Replacing 25+ year old fluorescent lighting in The Bank's Main Hall with high efficiency LED, and installed additional exhibition and bar lighting - improving energy efficiency, reducing environmental impact and running costs, and increasing the Centre’s usability.

Providing food and drink discounts to our customers to help relieve financial strains whilst offering a warm, safe space to socialise, reduce isolation and connect.

Funded improvements to the facilities in our Main Hall Café - upgrading dated and used furniture and equipment to regenerate the room into a vibrant community space.

DIGITAL SKILLS FOR YOUNG PEOPLE

Working with industry professionals to provide accessible and inclusive digital skills training for children and young people aged 8-16 years old. Developing transferable, creative, practical and personal skills to address nationwide digital skills shortage.

Trial restructuring of our exhibitions to develop a not-for-profit programme providing inclusive opportunities and access to contemporary arts.

THE VAULT DIGITAL HUB

Conversion of The Bank's original basement level strong room into a high-specification digital hub - The Vault. Providing community facilities for IT Training, Gaming, and Sound Recording.
