The Bank’s Young Artist Award was relaunched in 2022 as an annual student exhibition to provide a platform for creative students across the region, and formally recognise dedication to developing practical skills in the Arts.
This year’s shortlist features 21 students from Hartismere School, Eye, and One Sixth Form College, Ipswich. All exhibiting artist is shortlisted for all of this year’s awards, which were announced at our Awards Evening on Friday 27th October.

The Peter Campbell Trust sponsored additional awards for this year's event. The Trust manages the estate of prolific artist, Peter Campbell (1931-1989) who spent the last decade of his life living and working in The Abbey, Eye. The Executors of the Trust, Gary Rowland and Deborah Bull developed bespoke awards to recognise students displaying attributes of Peter Campbell's create practice.
